BY SEA: It will take about 18-30 days after the orde confirmed based on the country which you located.

BY AIR: It will take about 5-8 days after the orde confirmed based on the country which you located. 

International Freight Quotes are manually calculated based on its weight and destination. Before place an order, please contact us to confirm the actual freight and more information details.

Transit Shipping Time:

We are not responsible for shipment delays, and unable to issue refunds for shipping charges because of delayed shipments due to mother nature, delay in transportation and beyond the control of our freight carrier. We guarantee to you that your package will leave our facility within the time specified in our shipping schedule. The carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, times may vary with package origin and destination.Winter Weather May Cause Shipping Delays. We do not reimburse the original shipping charge for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of our first aid store.

Tracking your order:

Make Sure to include correct email address on your order form. Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email is sent to you with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. You can use this information to track your order via the carrier's tracking site.

We can send the bill of lading, air way bill of lading for your picking up your goods after we shipped your products.
